David Lynch and the Origins of Cheese

And we're back! After a brief break to cool our jets after Halloween madness, the Facets Features folk return. What brought us back?

David Lynch.

And a cow.

On at least two occasions this week, Special Agent Gordon Cole himself has been spotted on street corners in L.A. promoting his latest, Inland Empire. Seated on a director's chair, Mr. Lynch was flanked by a large "For Your Consideration" poster for his latest Laura Dern-starring film on one side and a black and white bovine on the other. Another sign read, "Without cows there would be no cheese in the Inland Empire."
